For his performance Tibor Szemző prepared a video score in the following way: he marked a selected route on a map of Budapest, which he then drove along and recorded on video the haphazard movements of the steering wheel of the directed car and the sounds of the city. This recording determined the sound making method of the Galántai statue entitled Directed Chance. By simultaneously moving the steering wheel of the car and the sculpture the street sounds on the video and the metal sound of the sculpture were in conversation. The repeated contrast of the dramatic strictness of being directed and the humour inherent in incalculable chance reached an almost unbearable proportion by the end of the piece.
Szemző Tibor előadásához videó-partitúrát készített a következő módon: Budapest térképén bejelölt egy tervezett útvonalat, amelyet autóba ülve bejárt, hogy videóra vegye az irányított autó véletlen kormánymozgását és a város hangjait. Ez a felvétel határozta meg az Irányított véletlen című Galántai szobor hangkeltési módját. Az autó és a szobor kormánykerekének szimultán mozgatása által a videó utcazaja és a szobor fémhangja párbeszédet folytatott egymással. Az irányítottság drámai szigorának és a kiszámíthatatlan véletlen humorának ismétlődő kontrasztja a darab végére elérte a már alig elviselhető mértéket.
