季刊・PRE (Quarterly PRE) is a Japanese assembling periodical edited by Kiyoshi Shimizu and issued from Kawasaki, Kanagawa. Its colophon dates this issue precisely to 23 July, 1991, and states that the edition was limited to 50 copies. The four contributors explicitly listed in the issue are Kiyoshi Shimizu, Kowa Kato, Taiko Saito and Yoko Konomi. Names appearing inside reproduced calls or embedded printed material are not counted as additional contributors.

The issue also preserves contemporary material connected with the preparations for the Decentralized World-Wide Networker Congress 1992.

The call gives a Networker Statement deadline of 30 September 1991 and names H.R. Fricker and Stephen Perkins as statement contacts and Peter W. Kaufmann for congress information/coordination. These names are contacts for the reproduced Congress call, not additional PRE contributors.
